What is Variable Pricing?
By Definition, Variable Means Adaptability. At Broadmoor Golf Links, we embrace the concept of variability as the new standard. Our golf rates dynamically adjust in real-time, influenced by various factors including availability, demand, and even weather conditions. While this pricing approach may be novel in the golfing world, it has long been employed successfully in other industries such as airlines, hotels, and event ticketing. With our Variable Pricing structure, you—the golfer—have the flexibility to choose the rate that suits your preferences. The chart below outlines the STARTING RATES when the 7-day booking window opens.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during hours of operation either in person or by phone 828-687-1500. If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a “No Show Fee” for all players booked under the reservation. Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website.

Guidelines
The following regulations will be enforced to enhance the overall experience of all golfers at Broadmoor Golf Links.
Dress Code Policy
All males must wear a shirt with a collar (either traditional or mock) with sleeves. Acceptable clothing includes shorts, slacks, blouses, skirts and shirts. Non-acceptable clothing includes all denim, athletic shorts, tank tops and halter-tops.
Cooler Policy
No outside food and beverages or personal coolers are allowed at Broadmoor Golf Links. We offer food and beverage services for purchase at the Club House. Beverage cart service is also available during your round, weather permitting.
